Holland Park Roof Terrace
We transformed a dry, lifeless terrace, dominated by extensive timber cladding, into a lush, verdant and inviting oasis.
Carefully designed to accommodate a variety of activities, the space now offers distinct zones for entertaining and relaxation throughout the year.
The solid brick boundary wall was replaced with railings to open up the views, while the old manual access hatch gave way to a new electric system.
A fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a fireplace enhance the terrace’s functionality and create an inviting setting for year-round enjoyment.
A thoughtfully designed lighting scheme brings the space to life after dark, adding warmth, atmosphere and a touch of magic. The result is a beautifully transformed terrace that extends the home’s living space and offers a whole new dimension to everyday living.
